CITY OF ARTS AND SCIENCES
An immense architectural complex designed by the Valencian architect Santiago Calatrava. But the Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències (City of Arts and Sciences) is also 350,000 m² of fun, science, and culture across the buildings that make it up: the Museu de les Ciències (Science Museum), the Palau de les Arts (Opera House), the Hemisfèric, and the Oceanogràfic (aquarium).

TURIA GARDENS
The Turia Gardens are a true green lung of the city, featuring sports facilities and closed to traffic. They allow you to cross the city by bike or on foot all the way to the Mediterranean Sea. To the east, you’ll find the City of Arts and Sciences, and to the west, the Bioparc.

L´ALBUFERA
Just 10 kilometers from Valencia lies the L’Albufera Natural Park, where beaches and rice fields gave birth to the traditional Valencian paella. It is one of the most environmentally valuable natural areas in Europe—a natural paradise that is home to numerous bird species.
